How many guests can your wedding venue accommodate?
Our venue’s maximum capacity is 266 guests.
Can we host both our ceremony and reception at the venue?
Yes. Our venue is designed to host both ceremonies and receptions, allowing you and your guests to celebrate in one convenient location.
Is there indoor and outdoor space for the ceremony and reception?
Yes. Our venue features a charming outdoor chapel, spacious outdoor areas, and an indoor reception space, giving you flexibility for your ceremony, reception, and photos.
Is the wedding venue available year-round?
Yes. Our venue is available year-round and designed to host weddings comfortably in every season.
Is there a bridal suite available?
Yes. Our bridal suite includes lounge seating, a vanity area with mirrors and stools, a full-length mirror, garment rack, and individual climate control.
Do you have a groom's suite?
Yes. Our groom’s suite features lounge seating, a bar table with stools, a garment rack, a full-length mirror, a 50” TV, and individual climate control.
When do we have access to the venue for the weekend wedding package?
Venue access begins at 10:00 AM on Friday for decorating, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner time, and continues through 10:00 AM on Sunday.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Yes. Couples are welcome to decorate the venue and personalize the space for their special day.
Do you provide tablets and chairs?
Yes. Tables and chairs are included with the venue rental as well as white tablecloths.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Couples are welcome to bring their own vendors. We may also provide a list of recommended vendors.
Is alcohol allowed at the venue?
Yes. Alcohol is permitted according to venue contract guidelines.
How far in advance should we book our wedding venue?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
Your date is secured once a signed contract and deposit are received.
Can we schedule a tour of the venue?
Yes! We’d love to show you around. Contact us to schedule a tour at a convenient time. We are usually available on Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday afternoons.
Do we need wedding insurance?
Yes. Event liability insurance is required for all weddings held at our venue. This policy provides protection in the event of accidents or property damage during your event and is typically affordable and easy to obtain.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. Our venue is fully accessible, wide doorways, accessible restrooms and covered parking, ensuring all guests can enjoy your celebration comfortably.
Can we take bridal or engagement portraits at the venue?
Yes! Couples are welcome to schedule bridal, engagement, or wedding-day photos at our venue to capture beautiful memories.
Will there be a sound system we can use?
Yes. Our venue provides two portable Bluetooth speakers and a lapel microphone, ideal for speeches and announcements during your celebration.
